Refer a Friend | Vumatel Reach

  1. This is a limited offer. Please see applicable terms and conditions below, which must be read in conjunction with Home-Connect (Pty) Ltd, which can be found at www.home-connect.co.za.
  2. To qualify for your referral reward, you must be a registered and active Home-Connect subscription on the Vumatel Reach Network.
  3. Refer process:
    1. Log onto your customer account, select menu option refer a friend.
    2. Enter the friends’ details.
    3. Click on submit.
    4. Upon clicking on submit, an email is sent to your friend.
    5. Your friend needs to click on the link and complete the sign-up process for fibre.
  4. Reward Process
    1. Reward will add to your account upon successful sign-up and activation of the fibre service at your friend’s premise and sent via Online wallet.
  5. If the person you referred does not complete the steps outlined above, the referral link will not expire, however no reward will be allocated.
  6. If Your service with Home-Connect is cancelled, you will not be eligible for the refer a friend reward.
  7. To claim the available reward, you will be required to cash out the reward via the customer portal. The reward will be paid into both bank accounts within 72 hours of us having received notification of your request to cash out.
  8. The referral value may be changed without prior notice.

We, as Home-Connect, reserve the right to terminate and/or extend any promotion, competition, offer at any time and in our sole discretion, whether such promotion, competition and/or offer is run by us solely or in conjunction with any of our merchants, promoters and/or partners. In the event of such termination or extension, you agree to waive (give up) any rights that you may have in terms of any promotion, competition or offer and acknowledge that you will have no recourse against us or any of our promoters, merchants or partners, our advertising agencies, advisors, suppliers and nominated agent/s.

3 Months Free Promotion | Frogfoot

The Home-Connect standard terms and conditions are applicable to these terms and conditions unless explicitly mentioned within the Home-Connect terms and conditions. These standard terms and conditions are available at www.home-connect.co.za

  1. The promotional offer will be made available from the 17 May 21 to the 30 June 2021. This promotional offer is available to all new customers. Anyone who signs up outside of that period will not be eligible for the promotional package price.
  2. This offer is only available for customer who sign up on the frogfoot Fibre Network.
  3. Customer who signs up during the promotional period will qualify for 3 months free subscription. At the end of the 3-months period the pricing will revert to the standard prices.
  4. Home-Connect fibre service is available on a month-to-month basis (Terms and Conditions for Home-Connect Month-to-Month Contract applicable).
  5. The following inclusive free value-added services shall apply during the promotion period when customers sign up to the value of R5 996.
    1. 3 Months Free Internet Access
    2. Free Installation
    3. Free activation
    4. Free to use router.
    5. Uncapped data
  6. After the 3 months free has expired, the next debit order will be for any Once-Off Charges, pro-rata of your first month plus one Monthly Fee in advance.
  7. Home-Connect normal cancellation process will apply. You may terminate the Service Order at any time by giving Home Connect 1 FULL calendar months’ notice (not 30 days). All cancellations must be processed via the Home Connect online portal using your login credentials: https://portal.home-connect.co.za. Our Operations team will process your request and will email you confirmation of the cancellation acceptance.
  8. Your fibre service can be moved to an alternative address at no additional cost.
  9. Home-Connect reserves the right at any time to modify, suspend or discontinue this promotional offer, without notice to the customer.
  10. The customer must visit Home-Connect website regularly for notices, updates and/or changes to products/services and promotions.

3 Months Free Promotion | Zoom Fibre

The Home-Connect standard terms and conditions are applicable to these terms and conditions unless explicitly mentioned within the Home-Connect terms and conditions. These standard terms and conditions are available at www.home-connect.co.za

  1. The promotional offer will be made available from the 6 May 21 to the 30 June 2021. This promotional offer is available to all new customers. Anyone who signs up outside of that period will not be eligible for the promotional package price.
  2. This offer is only available for customer who sign up on the Zoom Fibre Network.
  3. Customer who signs up during the promotional period will qualify for 3 months free subscription. At the end of the 3-months period the pricing will revert to the standard prices.
  4. Home-Connect fibre service is available on a month-to-month basis (Terms and Conditions for Home-Connect Month-to-Month Contract applicable).
  5. The following inclusive free value-added services shall apply during the promotion period when customers sign up to the value of R5 996.

3 Months Free Promotion | Plettenberg Bay

 The Home-Connect standard terms and conditions are applicable to these terms and conditions unless explicitly mentioned within the Home-Connect terms and conditions. These standard terms and conditions are available at www.home-connect.co.za 

  1. The promotional offer will be made available from 1 April to 30 April 2021. This promotional offer is available to all new customers on the Octotel network in the Plettenberg Bay area. Anyone who signs up outside of that period will not be eligible for the promotional package price. 
  2. Customer who signs up during the promotional period, area or Fibre Network Operator coverage will qualify for 3 months free subscription. At the end of the 3-months period the pricing will revert to the standard prices. 
  3. Home-Connect fibre service is available on a month-to-month basis (Terms and Conditions for Home-Connect Month-to-Month Contract applicable). 
  4. The following inclusive free value-added services shall apply during the promotion period when customers sign up to the value of R5 996.

Vumatel 4 Months Free Promotion

1. The promotion is valid from the 1 November 2020 to the 31 January 2020. 

2. The promotion is only valid on the Vumatel network. 

3. This promotion is open only to new customers and where a brand-new fibre installation is required and where the address is falls within the qualifying areas. 

4. Customers need to complete and apply to Home-Connect via Home-Connect website during the promotional period to qualify for the 4 months free. 

5. Fibre installation means where there is no existing fibre line or ONT (Optical Network Terminal). 

6. This promotion is not available to customers switching from another ISP or where a fibre line exists. 

7. Home-Connect fibre service is available on a month-to-month basis (Terms and Conditions for Home-Connect Month-to-Month Contract applicable).

9. The initial debit order will be for any Once-Off Charges, pro-rata of your first month plus one Monthly Fee in advance after the 4 months free have expired. 

10. Customers on the promotions will not be allowed to downgrade the line speed for a period of 12 months from date of service activation. 

11. Home-Connect cancellation normal cancellation process will apply.
